There is as well as some other Roland literature in the 3 ring binder for the mid 80's Roland GR 707 guitar/24 pin synth controller, also there is included a Planet Waves new 30' 13 pin cable.
IBANEZ EX 700 MANUAL
Also included is a Roland M 16c memory cartridge for the GR 700 guitar synth, power cord for the GR 700 and the original Roland owners manual for the GR 700. The other two 24 pin cables included were bought on ebay one was used in good working condition, and the other 24 pin included cable was also rebuilt with respect to the end connectors at some point previous and is in good working condition. One of the 24 pin cables was bought 100% rebuilt by Wayne Jones and has a better quality cable and end connectors. Also included are 3 of the vintage and somewhat hard to find 24 pin cables in 20' lengths, to connect the Ibanez IMG 2010 guitar/synth controller to the Roland GR 700 guitar synth. to be used with newer 13 pin guitar synths like the Roland GR 33, or the modern Roland GR 55 which both use the current 13 pin connecting cables. The BX 13, 24 pin to 13 pin converter allow use of the older 24 pin guitar/synth controllers like this IMG 2010, or the Roland GR 707, or the Hamer Phantom, etc.
IBANEZ EX 700 CRACKED
The handles of the Roland GR 700 guitar synth are intact and all of the footswitches work great, and are not broken or cracked as they often are found with the somewhat fragile control top on these vintage Roland GR 700 guitar synths. This sale also includes two of the BX 13 Micro converters, one bought slightly used and the bought brand new custom made by guitar synth whiz Wayne Jones, these are vintage 24 pin to modern 13 pin converters for use with the older guitar/24 pin synth controllers. The Ibanez IMG 2010 guitar/synth controller bolt on neck is straight and the frets are in very nice condition, and all the synth controls/knobs work proper as far as I was able to ascertain.
IBANEZ EX 700 PLUS
The Ibanez IMG 2010 guitar/synth controller was recently serviced summer 2017 and the action set low, neck relief was checked and intonation set proper, and the guitar in of itself as just a electric guitar plays great, plus it doubles as a 24 pin synth controller. Overall the Ibanez IMG 2010 guitar/24 pin synth controller is in very good condition and looks better than the older pictures on this listing show. There are some scuffs and scrapes and small dings/dents to the Ibanez IMG 2010 guitar/synth controller, as well as some murky age spots here and there in the finish of the paint on the Ibanez IMG 2010 Guitar/synth controller. Both the IMG 2010 guitar/synth controller and the GR 700 work proper and are in good condition, there are some obvious but modest signs of wear and tear on the Roland GR 700 guitar synth but overall it is in good- closer to very good condition cosmetically be more accurate.
IBANEZ EX 700 UPDATE
The GR 700 guitar synth was famously used on the recording of the "Turbo Lover" track by Judas Priest guitarist Glenn Tipton around 1986. The GR 700 has the latest V 1.5 software and chip update to it which enables much improved and more accurate and faster note tracking compared to the older slower firmware version of the GR 700. The sale includes the Ibanez IMG 2010 24 pin guitar synth controller widely considered the best guitar synth controller of its era, and the mid 80's Roland GR 700 analog guitar synth. That's when they discontinued the Talman Electric Solidbody guitars though.Vintage mid 80's Ibanez guitar/24 pin synth controller and Roland GR 700 analog guitar synth, these are preferably to be sold together as a pair.
IBANEZ EX 700 SERIES
Though that guitar is older than mine easy, though I've never actually found out when the EX and RX series were discontinued I know it was before 99, actually it may have been 99 but I doubt it.
So take that guitar which would have been sold for at most, I'd say, $400 or so judgeing on the number, and with the same value taken off you get $86 bucks if you round up. So that's a depriciation in value of 78% or so in price, and we're not even talking actual value it's just the store (street) value. Just puting it this way, I got that for $150 and it was sold 5 years earlier, probably 4 actually, for $700 brand new. It was my main guitar, I did switch out the pups to DiMarzios btw, before I put DiMarzios in my RG1570. It had been totally beat up paint wise, and the fret board was dry and diry as hell, but I took it home and nursed it a bit and now it's one of my main guitars.
You can't really say that, I once found an Ibanez RG570 for $150 used.
